Welcome to this renovated studio apartment in a peaceful area, ideally located just 10 to 15 minutes from the town centre and Gande Plage.

As soon as you arrive, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the flat's recent renovation and elegant decor. The interior layout has been carefully thought out to offer you a comfortable stay and make you feel at home.

There is one bedroom with two single beds, which can easily be converted into a spacious double bed for two people. The room has a storage cupboard for your personal belongings.
The main living area includes a dining area with a dining table for up to two guests.

The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living area. You'll find all the equipment you need for cooking.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. You can relax and freshen up after a busy day.

The studio is equipped with a flat-screen TV, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

You'll be pleased to know that there's a small supermarket close by, plus there's a petrol station nearby, as well as a free shuttle bus stop, providing a convenient way to get around the area.

The flat is located in the Chélitz / Saint-Martin district, close to the city centre, in a quiet street. The street is close to several shops and services, such as restaurants, shops, pharmacy, etc. There is a mini-market in the immediate vicinity of the flat.

Getting around

If you're looking to get around Biarritz, here are a few options:

• Free shuttle bus N11: This free shuttle bus serves the city centre and the Lighthouse. The stop is less than 100 metres from your point of departure, making it very convenient. You can check timetables and stops on the Txik Txak website.
• Taxi: Taxis are a quick and convenient way to get around Biarritz. Allow around 10 minutes to get to the SNCF station or airport. The fare for this distance is around 15 to 20 euros during the day.
• Parking: If you prefer to drive, you can park your car on the street or nearby. It is advisable to check the road signs to avoid any parking offences.

• Once your booking is confirmed, the Homies Holidays team will contact you to arrange your stay.
• You will be met by a member of the Homies Holidays team between 4pm and 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm, a supplement of 30 euros will be charged. If you arrive after 9pm, the supplement will be 50 euros.
