Coco Elaura is a modern and comfortable 55m² apartment. It offers a bright living room with access to a balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an aperitif.

The kitchen area is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs. It includes:

Dishes and cutlery
- A 3-burner induction cooktop, an extractor hood, an electric oven, and a microwave
- A kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine (classic pods), and a toaster
- A dining area that can accommodate up to 4 guests

Coco Elaura offers two bedrooms:

• The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and a storage closet with a wardrobe.
• The second bedroom, located upstairs, can be configured with two single beds or one queen-size double bed, according to your preferences.
• The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. There is also a desk area available on the mezzanine.

Additional amenities:

• Wi-Fi connection
• A washing machine

Finally, to fully enjoy sunny days, an outdoor dining table with a parasol is available on the balcony.

As for parking, you can park your car in the guest spot of the residence or on the street. Parking there is free.
The "Saint Madeleine" bus stop is located 350 meters from the apartment and provides access to the free N12 shuttle, which takes you to the city center and near the beach in less than 10 minutes.

• Bed linen and towels: Bed linen is provided and beds are made for your arrival. Towels and bath mats are also included. All these items are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry, Homies Eco Pressing.
• End-of-stay surface cleaning: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.

- The apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator.
- The accommodation is located 1.5 km from the city center, but by taking the shuttle you can reach it in 10 minutes.

This neighborhood is known for its charming houses located on quiet residential streets. It is an ideal place for those looking for tranquility and a pleasant residential environment.
Located near the Golf du Phare and the St Charles district, it is an attractive location for golf enthusiasts.

Getting around

If you are looking to get around Biarritz, here are some options:

• Public transport: You can check the schedules and stops on the Txik Txak website. A free shuttle will take you to the center of Biarritz and the beach in less than 10 minutes.
• Taxi: A taxi is a quick and convenient option for getting around Biarritz. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the SNCF train station or the airport. The fare for this distance is around 20 euros during the day.
• Parking: If you prefer to drive, you can park on the streets or in numerous underground parking lots. It is recommended to check the signage to avoid any parking violations.

Here is the information regarding the booking conditions and check-in options for Homies Holidays:

• Once the booking is confirmed, the Homies Holidays team will contact you to arrange your stay.
• For your arrival, two options: You are met by a member of the Homies Holidays team between 4pm and 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm, a supplement of 30 euros will be charged. If you arrive after 9pm, the supplement will be 50 euros. Or a Self Check-in (arrival from 4pm): your entry will be autonomous, we will send you the instructions to access your accommodation on the day of your arrival.
